First of all at 1031 Solutions Group, we do not charge or take any fees from our clients or 1031 exchange investors.  We only help advise, navigate the 1031 exchange process and suggest possible 1031 solutions. 
Having worked for over a decade at two of North America's leading diversified financial service companies, City National Bank (a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada) and Wells Fargo as well as one of the largest national exchange accommodators, we have been exposed to thousands of 1031 exchange situations and can help advise and navigate any situation.

The main benefit of a carrying out a 1031 exchange rather than simply selling one property and buying another is the TAX DEFERRAL. A 1031 exchange allows you to defer capital gains tax, thus freeing more capital for investment in the replacement property.
