Meet Your 1031 Exchange Expert

Michelle started her career as a sales representative for Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Fidelity Financial.  She later worked at City National Bank as a 1031 Exchange Officer in their Beverly Hills location for their Real Estate Group and most recently was a Vice President of Wells Fargo Exchange Services, Inc. in downtown Los Angeles before she resigned to raise her family.  While serving in the Qualified Intermediary capacity, Michelle gained the understanding of what is necessary for clients to accomplish a successful 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange.  Her passion is helping clients fulfill the 1031 requirements from beginning to end.

At 1031 Solutions Group, we do not charge or take any fees from our clients or 1031 exchange investors. We only help advise, navigate the 1031 exchange process and suggest possible 1031 solutions. Having worked for over a decade at two of North America's leading diversified financial service companies, City National Bank (a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada) and Wells Fargo as well as one of the largest national exchange accommodators, we have been exposed to thousands of 1031 exchange situations and can help advise and navigate any situation.

We are completely independent and therefore have the clients best interests in mind when referring them to outside QI's/Accommodators, commercial brokers, real estate agents and investment brokers. Your success is our success. Finding ways to help achieve 1031 goals of our clients is more than a promise - it's what we do.

Ultimately, and as much as the client wants, we will work hand and hand with the client walking them through the timeline and all the various nuances of their exchange.  We communicate and coordinate with the clients QI, escrow agent and other various investment brokers or commercial real estate agents to help complete their exchange and fully satisfy all the 1031 requirements.
